These terms govern your use of Uniko, a daily trivia game available at playuniko.com (the “Service”), operated by Happy Operators [legal entity type, e.g. S.L.], registered address [registered address] (“Happy Operators”, “we”). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these terms.

1. The game

Every day, the Service presents the same ten questions to every player and secretly marks one valid answer per question as forbidden. We decide question content and pick each day's forbidden answer at our sole discretion; results are not guaranteed to be free of errors, and we may correct or void a day's game if a question or answer set turns out to be wrong.

2. Accounts

You need an account to play, including on the free plan. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Uniko. One account per person — don't create multiple accounts to manipulate streaks, the leaderboard, or friends rooms.

3. Free and Premium plans

Uniko is currently free to play, including friends rooms and premium features, while we're in early access. We may introduce paid Premium plans in the future; if we do, we'll clearly disclose pricing and billing terms before charging you anything, and these terms will be updated accordingly. No payment is currently being collected through the Service.

4. Leaderboard and friends rooms

The public leaderboard only shows players who have explicitly opted in from their Profile, and only their display name and streak. Friends rooms are private to the people who join them via an invite link; we don't share your literal answers with other room members, only whether you've already answered.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass the server-side timer or answer validation, scrape the Service, reverse-engineer the forbidden-answer selection, harass other players, or use the Service for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Uniko name, design and curated question sets belong to Happy Operators. Some question data is sourced from Wikidata under its open licence; we don't claim ownership of that underlying factual data.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Operators is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, the game format, or discontinue the Service at any time; we'll post material changes here. You can stop using Uniko and request account deletion whenever you like.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Spain / your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
